This is a second edition of the Lost Rivers single by Tuvan singer Sainkho Namtchylak, recorded in Guangzhou Cuckoo Music Co., Ltd. Resembling a lament of an old woman, Sainkho’s performance depicts the rage of the mountain spirit over the loss of its springs. Her magical expression of innermost feeling flows naturally, can seem chilling, yet transmits liberating and therapeutic effect. First edition of the Lost River was recorded in 1991, in Germany.
